CONNECTING THE HEAD AND HEART
Head and heart coherence affects everything from our physical health to our mental and emotional health. This coherence is the unity and integration of the body, mind and spirit- essentially, when our thoughts and actions align. It occurs when the body systems, the breathing, heart rhythms, and brain rhythms are in sync. When the head and heart are in coherence the nervous system is functioning in balance.
